When Ur Life Is Crashing, What Wud U Do?

I've not overcome the crashing part yet. I've been trying whatever I think I can. I always find myself inside the adoration chapel crying my hearts out, asking for strength and comfort.

Grieving is healthy naman eh. Mas maganda nga yan, kesa itago mo di mo nailabas, tapos mayat maya bigla na lang sakit na nakatago at biglang aatake.

You don't have to get right back up. You just have to promise each day that at some point you will.

I wonder where I can find one when everyone's busy with their lives.

find a stranger willing to listen... minsan mas madaling mag-confide sa hindi kakilala kesa sa friends or family.

Sa kinaroroonan ko ngayon, we have a support group. Usually people dealing with issues such as substance abuse (i.e. drugs or alcohol) are welcome. Just this weekend, we welcomed one na talagang lasing na lasing pa. The goal is to make them realize na there are others who go through what they have, and they have a place to go to if they are lost. Kaso di uso satin ang support group eh.

At tsaka, minsan kelangan din talaga nating maging emotionally independent. Kasi anot ano pa man, sarili natin ang taong pinakamadaling asahan di ba?

Being emotionally independent is tough. Containing the emotional explosion inside you is possible but recovery is long and excruciating. One really needs a listening ear during heartbreaks.

When your life crumbles, see it as an opportunity to rebuild it anew. Kaya siguro sa lahat ng katarantaduhan ko nandito pa ako ngayon.

Eto ang isang word of wisdom from Idol Robin Padilla. Dalawa ang klase ng tao na nakukulong, me talagang mas nagiging loko, merong yung mas tumitino pa kesa bago nila sinira buhay nila. And seeing Robin's transformation through the years masasabing talagang he did well.

Sa hollywood naman, look at Robert Downey Jr. Isa ring manic depressive at lulong sa drugs. Pero ngayon kita nyo naman, sobrang sikat na. Mas sumikat pa sya kesa noong bago sya nalulong sa drugs.

You can use whatever painful experience you went through to rebuild a new better you. Think of it like this. Pag binagyo ang bahay at nawasak, pwede mo itayo ulit. Pwede mo makita yung maraming diperensya na dati di mo napapansin at ayusin ito

So Chin up guys and stay strong
