Totally agree.

 

Stoic principles are the most, if not the best, teachings one can learn & reflect on during a life crisis.

Mag self reflect at face the reality that only I can help myself. No self pity and blame game. It only prolongs the process. Create an ultimate goal for the coming year and compartmentalize it into smaller goals that I can achieve as small wins and milestones.
