normally wala ako ng breakfast . I eat two meals a day lang !!! mali daw sabi saken ng mga kaibigan kung doctor .. sabi nila the correct way of having meals is: heaviest daw ang breakfast -- kaya daw it's called breaking the fast , then "medium" lunch and minimal or just fruits for dinner ..

 

hay naku .. lagi kasi nagmamadali in getting to the ofis eh ... kaya forget breakfast na .. at malaki food intake ko sa dinner .. hay naku .. baliktad sa payo saken ng docor-nutritionist ...

 

anyways ...
