I don't forget my breakfast... I try to eat fruits on an empty stomach. I've read somewhere that it somewhat helps your digestive system because of the enzymes that goes with raw food. Tapos I take starchy or protein foods afterwards (not less than 30 minutes after). Today, I had jicamas. Then had wheat bread with Ovaltine. I try to minimize my coffee intake. Caffeine is not food for the skin daw... hehehehe!!!=)
