Tubig din lang ininom ko... ayoko isiping gutom na ko.. ang taba taba ko na daw sabi ni joel eh.. :cry: (di talaga makalimutan eh :P)

nawawala ba? dehins naman super busy lang atsaka low profile. ;) new job. barely 2 months palang ako dito tapos sinibak yung isang senior engr. saken napunta load nya B)

 

lunch time or gabi lang ako nakaka log. :)

normally wala ako ng breakfast . I eat two meals a day lang !!! mali daw sabi saken ng mga kaibigan kung doctor .. sabi nila the correct way of having meals is: heaviest daw ang breakfast -- kaya daw it's called breaking the fast , then "medium" lunch and minimal or just fruits for dinner ..

 

hay naku .. lagi kasi nagmamadali in getting to the ofis eh ... kaya forget breakfast na .. at malaki food intake ko sa dinner .. hay naku .. baliktad sa payo saken ng docor-nutritionist ...

 

anyways ...
