dolphin722
Ako, adventurous ako when it comes to food. Sabi ko nga, I'm into Seafood diet ... what I see, I eat. Mga exotic foods na natikman ko na (aside from the streetfoods like one-day old chick, walkman, betamax, IUD, tokneneng, balut, etc) are pritong dagang bukid, adobong fresh palaka, camaro, kaldereta at kilawing aso, kambing, pusa, baboy ramo, bayawak at quail. I've tasted na rin yung pig's brain (sarap, pareng fatso!), dila ng baka (lengua), "bat and balls", "soup #5", ano pa ba? Basta, willing ako to try anything, basta meron munang mauunang sumubok before me, he-he-he! Quote Link to comment
akhoum
The closest I ever got into eating exotic foods was in Tuguegarao... My friends served me ant eggs (abuhos...). Up to this day, I regret the fact that I didn't grab the opportunity... Hmm... Quote Link to comment

Guest the_eight_of_orbs
Lat february when my aunts from the States visited here, we took them to the Exotic Restaurant in Laguna. We had some deep-fried frogs, and some wild pig (baboy damo I think). The frog legs where real tasty, the wild pig though tasted somewhat gamey. I didn't like it but my aunts seemed to enjoy the wild pig. We also had some tapang usa. I didn't eat any though because I had some before and I never developed a liking for it.tapang usa - imagine Bambi. smoked and sundried Bambi. pero masarap! :boo: Edited May 8, 2004 by the_eight_of_orbs Quote Link to comment
