JustSmile=)
Hendo said he wants to stay in UFC but cannot come to financial terms.. yet.. I believe he will eventually.. UFC cannot afford to let SF take Hendo, especially after his blockbuster KO of Bisping.. According to MMAJunkie, he might meet Nate next if he re-signs with UFC.. Quote Link to comment

Guest megalodon
machida vs shogun na sa linggo, bakbakan na to!!!!Lyoto by KO. Hehe. Shogun is a great striker but Lyoto is a cut above the rest when it comes to counterstriking. Quote Link to comment
geneticfreak
Lyoto by KO. Hehe. Shogun is a great striker but Lyoto is a cut above the rest when it comes to counterstriking. I actually do not consider Machida's style as being counter striking but rather it's an integration of the 'hit and elude' strategy that is so common practice among karate practitioners (especially since in kumite the emphasis is to score a point quickly via single punch or kick) into MMA. My heart is with Shogun as I have been a long time fan of Rua ever since his days in PRIDE but I just don't think anyone's figured Machida's 'timing' out yet. But who knows... it is MMA and Shogun is certainly capable of throwing strikes at rather odd angles and in odd combinations and that just might throw off Machida. Quote Link to comment
LYCHEE
when somone like the slippery but powerlful striker machida lands 65% of all his strikes vs. all his opponents (2nd only to a. silva), pretty hard to beat that... but i'm still routing for the underdog, rua... a classic battle royale: karate vs. muah thai :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment

By the way guys -- Rogue Magazine's Black Tie Brawl will be held at the Renaissance Hotel in Makati tom night. Goodluck to all those competing.
