Mga parekoy, intermission muna. Came across this and its just so inspirational. This dude is really a warrior. It makes me feel sorry na tayo ngang mga normal at wala naman kapansanan sinasayang natin sarili natin, not going out there to be the best of what we can be, giving one million excuses why we refuse to even workout. This made me amped up. Imma go back to the gym tomorrow and really train hard

I don't have much time to go to gym or dojo except for the house of my old man where i used to train before but now that my old man is dead I want to check if I can still fight, If I still can then I will find a good group to join and train.

don't take this the wrong way, but train first then fight, not the other way around. Big chance that you'll get seriously hurt if you fight first then train.

MMA is a complicated sport, you can't just put gloves on and brawl, if you want to fight, and succeed, do it properly.

Q: where is the best place to train mma/bjj around manila? Thanks

I can't give an opinion as to what the "best" school is, because my answer would be biased. But all of the BJJ academies here are quality (the Philippines has one of the most active and winningest BJJ communities in all of south east asia, we have the most homegrown black belts too)

there's a deftac group in La Salle you can check that out

You can also train with judo legend and BJJ blackbelt John Baylon in Manila (If you don't know who John Baylon is, I suggest googling him)

There's also KMA in Makati, under World Champion Stephen Kamphuis.

Atos BJJ with Ali Sulit

here's a full list of BJJ schools in the Philippines (sorry got tired of googling every single one as there's a lot)
