nag gym ako tapos tumigil peo na experience ko nung ng gygym ako tumataas confidence ko sa sarili not in a bad way...but now back to zero ulit kaya feeling ko nawawala confidence ko sa sarili...physical activity tlga kailangan para madivert lahat ng mga iniisip na negatibo...i hope makabalik n ko kaka stress tlga walng ehersisyo

 

laking tulong din ng spa para mawala lahat ng negatibo sa isip ko dahil narerelax ako basta si thera ay natural na mabait at marunong makisama.,.

Working out is the underutilized anti depressant.

 

Hit the gym!

 

Kick those stresses away.

 

Another way to destress is :

 

1. Eat my favorite ice cream flavor (pistachio of Caramia)

2. Play with my dogs

3. Walk on the beach

4. Go on bubble/jacuzzi bath

5. Sing my heart out in a videoke

6. Bike in the morning

7. Call and chat with my girl friends

8. Road trip with my girl friends

9. Day hike on the nearby hiking spots

10.Play with myself (depends on whos going to be the subject of my imagination)

 

Darating talaga that you stress out. But you have to always put in mind that even if you stress out, that wont change the state of the things that you stress out... but only can change is how you look at it.

 

Paradigm shift.

 

Nakakapanget ang stress, halaka!
