For long term relief of stress, I guess the only thing we can do is face the problem head on and get it our of the way. Stress will finally disappear until the next problem comes along. LSP Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 Take a work in Ayala Triangle, for those work breathers. It helps to cool my head. Then pagdating sa bahay go straight to my destressers (aka my dogs ). Put on chill music while soaking in the tub et voila. Stress-free. Another work breather would be getting a manicure et pedicure haha. I've been blessed to work in offices where there are nearby nail salons. Quote Link to comment
