tomward Posted November 6, 2011 Share Posted November 6, 2011 when i'm stressed there really isn't much i can do. i try and sit down in a cafe, collect my thoughts and think how to break down my problems to smaller ones that i can manage to actually do something about. i follow it up by getting a massage and try to sleep.
