Rubi1909
When I am stressed out, I go for a long walk outside work. I come back refreshed and ready to work again. Sometimes I just close my eyes and focus on my breathing. A good work-out can also reduce stress. Finally, some me-time would be good if done properly: A whole week off. Then every day: 1. Hot/cold shower. 2. Cup of coffee. 3. Reading a good book. 4. Deep prayer/meditation. 5. A favorite movie or two. 6. Being grateful for health and blessings. 7. Writing my thoughts down. During the week, I might avail full service with my regular thera twice or three times. I will also buy a new pair of shoes, or a complete outfit (top, bottom, shoes, bag, hat) Every night, end with 8 hours of sleep. Coffee, books, and a great companion for the evening. Stress gone!
