breakfast: ceasar's salad and gold leaf pure jasmine green tea

lunch: veggies and fish (i'm on a diet) with grapefruit juice(asim but konting tiis)

no merienda: just water

dinner: tong yang seafood noodles mix

 

midnight snack: my mom brought a takehome from itallianis, white sauce fettuccini pasta and pizza. Sira na diet ko, hehehe...

 

back to square one, one day at a time. start again tom. hirap talaga mag diet kung matakaw ka.
