Maybe lately lang yan kasi dati wala sa napuntahan ko. Dati available yang hot compress sa The Spa then inalis nila. Sa ngayon sa pagkakaalam ko available sa Dusit Thani medyo mataas nga lang ang presyo. First is stretching then application of hot compress. Ipine press yung pouch and rub on specific points of the body as the massage. Kaya nakakatulog din ako. Baka sa Nuat Thai ipinapatong lang yung pouch. Sa Thailand yan ang pinaka popular na massage.
