Sa Pasig area try ninyo yung The Spa inside The Podium near SM Mega baka mag tugma yung kanilang hilot massage lately 1700. Facilities is best but don't think of anything will happen because it's just massage.

I was a regular before sa The Spa sa Greenbelt then there was renovation and last I was in QC sinubukan ko The Spa sa Trinoma. Good service pero di ko nasubukan yan nasa Podium.

Pwede rin sa blind na masahista pero look for the old one na marunong maghilot.

Palagay ko naman kung same service laking tipid sa Zante.

Actually gamit nila yung pang hot compress na bag lang tapos ilalagay sa likod mo while massaging others parts then papadaganan sayo pero in controlled temp naman hahaha.

 

Nasarapan lang ako kasi lupit dn ng stretching nila dun hehehe. “Weng” name ng thera na nakuha dun naka 2times dn ako dun. Hehehe

Yung technique ng hot compress sa Thailand kahit dito sa Dusit called tadsi is pressing/sliding the bag or pouch on selected points all over the back of your body pati na sa talampakan. It makes me sleep. So walang hand massage pero may body stretching at the start and at the end. And usually included yung head and neck hand massage.

Accordingly the medyo steamed ata na pouch is filled with herbal and once pressed to those points mag penetrate sa skin kaya daw healthy.

Maybe worth a try din yang Zante.

Madami ba? May bago sila eh Heart at Julia nakita ko na yung Heart last na punta ko doon hindi ko lang sure kung magaling mag-masahe pero sa Avalaya 2 siya yung Julia nasa Avalaya 1 kaso wala din akong nakikitang mga FR sa bago nilang therapist.
