I mean there's a few that offer ES along ortigas ext., but compared to the more popular ones, mej dugyot. The latest one I saw is where Touch of Queen used to be, everything's new but the ES is too expensive. And mostly low FV. Also went to Gwensha further into Taytay bayan, not so great either.
