Use both. Di naman need ng brand loyalty sa ganyan. 

Minsan mas mataas sale ni Shoppee, minsan naman si Lazada.

Last 9.9 parehas ko sila ginamit. 

As for CS naman okay naman parehas. Na-scam nako both sa Lazada at Shoppee at ni-refund naman nila. So wala akong issues on both platforms. 

Pero usually mas matagal ng onti si Lazada +1 day? No issues naman sakin kasi hindi ko naman inaabangan yung mga parcels. Pag dumating, iniiwan lang nila sa lobby ng bldg namin.
