Had an experience while working this morning that got me to thinking about the difference between being a winner or a loser. The former views an obstacle, no matter how daunting, as a challenge to be overcome; the latter sees it as a reason to roll over and stop trying.

A winner may fail, but the difference is that he did everything that he could while trying, then he picks himself up and moves forward. A winner draws on his last reserve of strength even when there seems to be nothing left. Because he recognizes that if he looks hard enough, he will find a way.

We will not always succeed. But we can decide whether to be a winner or a loser. It's all about mindset. And winners tend to succeed.
