I wasted 36 microliters of primer mix4.) I forgot to vortex my PCR mix before adding Taq polymerase5.) I forgot that its supposed to be negative control first before positive control6.) Did I put the fgf10 controls in the right order? Ahhhh I hope this wont greately affect the results later Quote Link to comment
