About time we’re seeking accountability for those substandard projects (flood control projects is just the tip of the iceberg). DPWH is one of the most corrupt talaga, if not the most. Tama lang pamamahiya pati sa mga anak nila dahil sila naman nakikinabang, I say deserve.
