Well well well

Looks like Pacquiao inspired something out of his pathetic performance as a congressman. Hindi na daw susuwelduhan ang mga congressman na panay absent.

This should be called the "Manny Pacquiao Act". or the "Pacquiao bill"

Actually mas ok kung Jules Ledesma Act or Ledesma Bill ang ipangalan dito... not a fan of Pacquiao as a politician, but the silver lining on his absences is he trained to bring positive PR for the country...

Eh si Ledesma??? :)

O di para patas the "Pacquao-Ledesma Act of 2016" Ayan!

Una sa lahat dalawang beses lang naman halos lumalaban si Pacquiao, at hindi naman 365 days ang congress.

Pangalawa bakit big deal kung me laban sya?

BElmonte's bill appears to be a re-filing of SSL4, which wasn't fully made into a law due to some opposition. Reason also why uniformed personnel were excluded from the increase coz theirs would be linked to the retirees' pension.

Note that only an EO was signed to realize the first tranche in January 2016.

Re: the non-performing agencies. Note that is what our SPMS is for. PEI and PBB are supposed to be availed of only by those agencies that attained 95% of their MFOs but shempre, considerations will come into play such that even the non-performers will be given the bonuses.

Thank you for the info. I hope that pushes thru.

Low performance = no bonus.

I didn't want people to vote for Pacquiao in Senate.

That breakdown of takehomes is too much info.

IMHO, payat yang tinanggap ng mga Cabinet officials in general if you compare the pay of those top level managers in the private sector.

Hehehehe

Citizen Binay faces graft, falsification raps over Makati parking building

http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/795855/citizen-binay-faces-graft-falsification-raps-over-makati-parking-building

Former vice president Jejomar Binay Sr. was formally charged with graft, falsification of public documents and violations of procurement law over the allegedly rigged procurement for the construction of the P2.28-billion Makati Parking Building II.

The Office of the Special Prosecutor on Thursday filed charges of graft or violation of Section 3(e) of Republic Act 3019 or the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, falsification of public documents or violation of Article 171 of the Revised Penal Code, and violation of the Government Procurement Act or Republic Act 9184 against the former vice president, who lost his presidential bid in the recent May 9 elections.

Ombudsman prosecutors arrived at the docket section of the Sandiganbayan around 8 a.m. and delivered piles of documents. The cases are currently being numbered at the docket.

Binay Sr.’s son dismissed Makati mayor Jejomar Erwin “Junjun” Binay Jr. was earlier charged for graft and falsification of public documents.

The charges against the former vice president were filed when his term ended upon the expiration of his immunity from suit.

#DOTAPaMore

In Cebu, two Mandaue City Hall employees were fired after they were photographed playing DOTA while on duty. Unfortunately, the lowly employees have realized that playing online games at work won’t be tolerated – unless your name is Juan Ponce Enrile.

Photograph pa talaga ha! Eto yung pang "political jokes" or "we are awesome" thread kung di lang totoo. buti nasesante. about time government officials are upped to the same standards as private ones.
