Its so important to have a relationship with yourself. Kahit me ibang tao na nagpapasaya sayo, dapat meron kang "me time" pa din. Ako pag ganun I turn off my phone so wala makakaistorbo sakin. Im spending time with myself. This is not about the people around me that I care. I want it to be about me.

 

Self-love is an insurance, para kung iwan man tayo, sa huli di tayo magiging kawawa gaano kasi we can love ourself.

Ikanga;  who takes care of us if we feel broken? abused? Who would help heal our wounds?

Walang iba kundi ang sarili natin.

 

I've been cheated, not just once.. Been also in an abusive relationship where I've been physically, mentally, emotionally & financially abused.

And yet here I am;  still standing.. still breathing. All because I've vowed to myself to love me more than anything in this world.. And I won't let anyone take that away from me.
