papaap Posted September 24 Share Posted September 24 Calorie deficit. Still take 3 meals a day (bfast, lunch, and dinner) but with controlled ample size. Start in graduation and stay away from junk foods and sweets. Dont be frustrated with how long the process is, eventually makikita mo ang result 1-2 months. Quote Link to comment
