Nag keto and low carb/if ako 2019 lost 30kg(no exercise) then covid came naospital father ko and ako kasama sa room ng hospital(bawal lumabas) no choice but to eat yung ration sa hospital na regular carb based diet. Ayun balik ulit 30kg after a few months after recovering from covid.

Assuming the goal is weight loss:

Weight in lbs x 13 = average "maintenance calories" to stay the same weight. Eat fewer calories than that, ergo calorie deficit. Aim for 300-500 calories under that for healthy weight loss. Intermittent fasting helps by reducing the window, but doesn't stop you crom consuming 3000 calories and blowing the diet. 1 cup rice is 200 calories, 1 egg is 70-90 calories. Yes it requires some looking up of calories, but it works for us that don't have the metabolism we want.
