Parang ayaw mo na magexercise o lakad. Mahirap din kasi mag-gain ng muscle kung wala ka Carbs. Syempre kasama yan sa Macronutrients na kelangan mo para magkamuscle Quote Link to comment
Touching_drip Posted November 7, 2022 Share Posted November 7, 2022 (edited) A glass of luke warm water first thing after toothbrush then coffee and toast for breakfast, around 9:15am a single banana and for lunch at 12:00 noon a slap of tuna or sardine sandwich with light mayo and dinner at 6pm unli rice and whatever there is in front of me.
