But instead of reaching for that donut or a piece of cake, go munch on carrot sticks. Contrary to popular belief, carbs are not good for you, it's even worse than fats. I started out at 163lbs, then at the final weigh in 5 mos later, I was 143lbs. I ate oatmeal for breakfast, no rice during dinner, avoided sodas, chocolates, sweets, & beer.
