I started out at 163lbs, then at the final weigh in 5 mos later, I was 143lbs. I ate oatmeal for breakfast, no rice during dinner, avoided sodas, chocolates, sweets, & beer. neosaki24 Posted July 7, 2016 Share Posted July 7, 2016 - Just eat the right proportions of meal (meat, vegetables, rice) to get the right nutrients the body need.- Exercise daily.- Take supplements if you don't get all the needed nutrients.- Don't starve yourself, that would only give temporary effects.
