I do believe in Destiny because this happened to me many times. Its a situation that you never expected but happened with great joy & happiness.

Destiny, you make your own destiny. According to the Greek Philosopher Herocletus,

1. Thoughts- things that go thru your mind

2. Actions - You will do what ever you are thinking

3. Habbit - It will be something that you do every day

4. Character- your actions will determine what kind of a person you are. so kung gastos ka ng gastos,ay mukhang malayo mararating mo

5. Destiny - your character will make your destiny

...people believe in destiny
...people believe in god and that they have faith
...people look for miracles
...they also look for some one to blame when things go bad

what A LOT OF US FORGET IS THAT

WE MAKE OUR OWN CHOICE, WE CARVE OUR OWN PATH
...destiny is man made, the only sure thing about destiny is that we will all die sooner or later
...the rationale is if we were given free-will then why would some one dictate how we are supposed to live our lives?

this statement from a tv show got me thinking...
"sometimes i think that the only reason for men believing that there is a god is so that they have someone to blame for the miserable lives that they have."

just goes to say that faith is coupled by doing which in turn makes us choose the path that we would take.
...nothing wrong about having faith, but when we leave everything all up to faith that's when the troubles start pouring hard.
...choose, life is not easy, no one ever said it would be, but the choice is up to us. will we do something about out lives or should we just sit around waiting for faith and fate to answer our questions about life and what the heck are we supposed to do with it.

No, sorry, but I think destiny is just a lame excuse for you not to do what you want if you are in difficulty or having a hard time to achieve something. If you want it, then go for it, kahit na mahirap, kung talagang gusto mo. Except for the impossible things.
