izzecoh
microbit....nakalimutan mo b ung pin mo? and ala default PIN para sa mga ID ganyan... tampered proof yan and naka-encrypt ung mga datas for your security... the best thing to do is to try to remember your PIN and if ever na di mo talaga maalala... punta k sa Main Office sa Diliman, sa ID Center, kuha k ng requests form dun tapos dala ka ng valid IDs for confirmation ng identity mo, ok? soulripper
ako may tanong din. nagpunta ako sa SSS sa EDSA-Cubao months ago, to apply for the new ID. one of the requirements is a couple of valid ID's. so i presented 2 company ID's, of course from different companies i have worked with, the one in the past and the other in the present. anak ng mola! ayaw tanggapin ng tga-SSS. di daw pwede na parehong employment ID. e pareho namang valid ID yon e. and besides magkaibang company yon. tsaka, ikaw na nga tong naabala na pumunta sa opisina nila, umabsent ka pa para lang makakuha ng ID. antipatiko pa ang naka-detail dun. eto ang tanong ko ngayon? bakit naman ganun? wala naman sigurong mag-aaksaya ng panahon para pumunta dun at mag-apply ng ID kung di naman sya yong SSS member di ba? and besides, may records naman ang SSS sa lahat ng members nila di ba? and to think na present employment ID ko yong binigay ko, pwede na nilang i-check yong Company ko at ang identity ko. ang labo naman yata ng SSS. so eto ako ngayon, wala pa ring ID, coz i have no time to go back to the SSS office. Guest uglykid
what's the difference between self-employed and voluntary? i want to know which to check in the remittance form because I do the payment myself. I'm not a regular employee (contractual) so I want to know in which category I fall under. thanks. Quote Link to comment
izzecoh
soulripper, cguro ang problema mo e namis inform k lang.... at least two valid id or legal documents ang requirements namin right? pero kailangan magkaiba in nature cla... eg. student id and drivers license, authenticate birth certificate and company id, puede n yun..... if ever may di k gustuhan sa cubao branch.. u beter check his/her id para mareport mo ok....extreme & mike velarde,u have two options, voluntary & self employed, ang voluntary member ay ung ala fix n earnings after his seperation from his employer...so in means that ikaw ang bahala kung monthly mo mahulugan ung contributions mo.. and the monthly contribution will be based on you last earning or ung last n kinita mo dun sa employer mo.now the self employed... this for the entrepeneurs natin... either small business or large scales... ikaw naman ngayon ang magdecide kung magkano ung huhulog mo sa amin, depende sa earnings mo..for small business (including the balut vendors! mga buy and sell peoples) ala requirements, minimum of 1000 earning that makes 94.00 pesos a month ang hulog mo samin..for big times. kailangan ng business permit and SEC license.... this includes the sari-sari stores..i hope this would you....PM for more infos Quote Link to comment

Reese
hello sir, three questions: 1. i got mugged tuesday night, my ss ID being one of the things i lost. what r the procedures of getting a new one? 2. what if i chose not to be an sss member anymore? can i withdraw my contributions from prior years? 3. could the sss forget na lang my unpaid loan? (hehehe) questions 2 to 3 r related, could they just offset my unpaid loan from my contributions of prior years? Quote Link to comment
izzecoh
akala ko kung san napun ung forum ko e,thanks xerxes.... babawi n lang ako s u extreme....OW1 ung ifile mo, this is for the Overseas Contract Workers natin... medyo similar sa self employed pero minimum of 4000 monthly naman cya.your contribution can be "deposited" thru the our embassies.. kung saan country k ngwork.... meron din naman tayong mga foreign branches to help you naman... sa POEA and DFA meron kaming mga leaflets... reese, answer 1: you could apply for another ID with us, but it would cost you P250.00 na, free lang yun sa una, pag na lost mo apply k ulit for a cost...go to the nearest sss branchanswer 2: bakit naman? it is a good insurance din a? ala n ung refund sa SSS, you could get 'lumpsum" (this is the total amount of ur contribution with "interest") kapag halimbawa nagfile k n ng claim, (eg. disability or retirement) in case u did not reached the "quota" needed for you claim...answer 3: ung mga unpaid loans nyo with the SSS ay nakarecord cya..computerized naman tayo so it is to find naman kung may utang pa kayo.. my advise it to pay n lang kc baka lalo ito lumaki... (beside the interest, meron itong penalty pag hindi mo ito nabayaran within the two years term)..loans and contributions are different categories, either of can affect both, any more questions?
