Serial Killer
http://img176.imageshack.us/img176/1757/tf2fallfp0.jpg Yesterday the Hasbro website gave an update about the sequel to Transformers. It Mentions that the title for part 2 is Revenge of the Fallen…which can only mean one thing. Michael Bay said before that Jazz wouldn’t return and would stay dead. But recently at an L.A. event Darius McCrary, Jazz's voice actor, also hinted that Jazz might return. Brit actor Matthew Marsden from his recent role opposite Sly Stallone in Rambo, or from his parts in the videogame adaptations DOA: Dead or Alive and Resident Evil: Extinction. He'll soon be even more recognizable, however, as he appears set to join the cast of Michael Bay's Transformers sequel. MTV reports that Marsden has been cast as "Graham," a member of the British Special Forces, in the upcoming flick. Marsden joins Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, John Turturro, Rainn Wilson, and, of course, Shia LaBeouf in the cast. The sequel will track the continuing battle between the Autobots and the Decepticons here on Earth. Meanwhile, TFW2005 got a hold of a leaked call sheet from the set in Bethlehem PA. In it they have tons of new information regarding cast and crew, scenes, storyline, and vehicles. A lot of it is speculative, however TFW2005 can verify that the mentioned "Arcee Motorcycles" are on set. ARCEE is a born hunter. Before joining the AUTOBOTS, she passed her time tracking turbofoxes on CYBERTRON with some of the other speedsters, taking great pride in approaching as close as she could to them, quickly and silently, before tagging them with her bow. She’s brought those skills with her to Earth, where she passes the days stalking unsuspecting DECEPTICONS until she draws close enough to strike. Quote Link to comment

exia
THE LAST MISTRESS marks the monumental pairing of cinema's premiere provocateur, director Catherine Breillat (ROMANCE, FAT GIRL) with the most fearless and explosive actor of our generation, Asia Argento (MARIE ANTOINETTE, BOARDING GATE). A penniless rogue, Ryno de Marigny (newcomer Fu-ad Aît Aattou), shocks 19th century France with his engagement to the virginal gem of the aristocracy, Hermangarde (Roxane Mesquida of FAT GIRL). As lurid speculations of Ryno's ten year affair with the carnal Vellini (Argento) manifest, a supremely erotic and wickedly humorous depiction of human lust is revealed - overriding the brittle facade of nobility and reverence. Bolstered by Breillat's mastery of the medium and Argento's commanding performance, THE LAST MISTRESS is a highly entertaining yet incredibly provocative film that has resulted in unanimous praise from audiences and critics across the world Journey To the Center of the Earth An exciting adventure based on the classic Jules Verne novel “Journey to the Center of the Earth,” Journey to the Center of the Earth stars Brendan Fraser (Crash, The Mummy) as a science professor whose untraditional hypotheses have made him the laughing stock of the academic community. But on an expedition in Iceland, he and his nephew stumble upon a major discovery that launches them on a thrilling journey deep beneath the Earth’s surface, where they travel through never-before-seen worlds and encounter a variety of unusual creatures. Journey to the Center of the Earth is directed by Academy Award-winning visual effects veteran Eric Brevig (Total Recall, Pearl Harbor) from a screenplay by Michael Weiss and Jennifer Flackett & Mark Levin. The film is a co-venture between New Line Cinema and Walden Media. Quote Link to comment
s1ckn3ss
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood PrinceWarner Brothers has released some new pictures from the next Harry Potter movie. The Half-Blood Prince will be in theatres on November 21st. http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/5168/halfblood4qu1.jpg http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/3932/halfblood5mr6.jpg http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/3920/halfblood3pi6.jpg http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/8727/halfblood1uv0.jpg Angels & Demons:Filming has begun on "Angels and Demons", Sony Pictrues follow-up to "The Da Vinci Code". Based on the Dan Brown novel, the film has Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) teaming with the beautiful and mysterious scientist Vittoria Vetra on a frantic race against the clock to stop both a bomb obliterating Vatican City during a papal enclave, and an assassin systematically wiping out the four favourite candidates for the new Pope. http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/3916/angelsdemonsjavits06100tg1.jpg Terminator Salvation: The Future BeginsBryce Dallas Howard is in negotiations to replace Charlotte Gainsbourg in "Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins." Gainsbourg was originally set to play Kate Connor, the wife of human resistance hero John Connor, played by Christian Bale. The actress had to bow out because of scheduling conflicts with another film, a French comedy. Production on "Terminator," directed by McG, is already underway in New Mexico. If an actors strike were to happen, shooting would stop and then restart at a later date, potentially butting heads with the French film. Prince of Persia: Sands of TimeAlfred Molina will join Disney's Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Gemma Arterton and Ben Kingsley. Based on the video game series, the movie casts Gyllenhaal as a young prince in sixth century Persia who must join forces with a feisty and exotic princess, to prevent a villainous nobleman from possessing the Sands of Time. Molina will play Sheik Amar, who becomes a mentor to the prince. Kingsley portrays Nizam in the fantasy action feature, who plots to k*ll his brother King Shahrman and blame it on Prince Dastan so he can take the throne. Mike Newell will direct with shooting scheduled to begin in July. Robotech:Lawrence Kasdan ("Raiders of the Lost Ark," "Dreamcatcher") has been hired to pen the live-action feature film adaptation of "Robotech". Robotech is a sci-fi franchise that combined three different anime television series into one edited and revoiced single series for US broadcast. The story deals with scientific advances discovered in an alien starship that crashed in the South Pacific to develop giant robotic machines to fight three successive extraterrestrial invasions. At last report, Tobey Maguire's Maguire Entertainment was developing the picture for Warner Brothers with little known scribe Craig Zahler attached. s1ckn3ss
Witchblade:The feature film adaptation of the popular '90s comic book Witchblade will be directed by Michael Rymer (Battlestar Gallactica, Queen of the Damned) from a screenplay by Everett De Roche. Coming in 2009 is the live action adaption of the best selling graphic novel franchise, WITCHBLADE, the legend of an ancient and mysterious weapon and the female warrior destined to wield it awesome power. Smurfs:The Smurfs are set to make their big screen debut in the form of a live-action/animation combo film. The little blue people had previously been set to bow in a 3-D animation for Paramount/Nickelodeon, but Sony and Columbia Pictures have now obtained the rights, and are courting Shrek 2 and 3 scribes David Stern and David Weiss to write the script. The Smurfs were created by Belgian cartoonist Pierre Culliford (a.k.a. Peyo) in 1958, but it wasn't until their long-running Hanna Barbera cartoon in 1981 that they became a truly global phenomenon. The tale of a group of tiny blue villagers going about their daily business entranced children the world over and spawned a multi-million dollar toy and game industry. Dark Shadows:The Charlie and the Chocolate Factory team of director Tim Burton, star Johnny Depp, and screenwriter John August are reportedly looking to re-team for a big screen version of the cult classic TV series Dark Shadows. It was announced last July that Depp would produce, via his Infinitum-Nihil production banner, a feature film version of Dark Shadows along with Graham King. It's also expected that Depp would play the lead role of vampire patriarch Barnabas Collins, played on the original 1966-71 series by Jonathan Frid and in a short-lived 1990s revival by Ben Cross. The Boston Stranglers:Brian DePalma is still trying to capture old time glory. The film is based on Susan Kelly's nonfiction book "The Boston Stranglers: The Public Conviction of Albert DeSalvo and the True Story of Eleven Shocking Murders" and was adapted by Alan Rosen. The thriller will detail the early-'60s Boston killings and their controversial resolution. Many question whether Albert DeSalvo -- a publicity hound who confessed to the murders and was later stabbed to death while incarcerated on unrelated charges -- was the actual killer. Sherlock Holmes:Guy Ritchie will direct Sherlock Holmes for Warner Bros. The movie will be based on Lionel Wigram's "Sherlock Holmes" comicbook, although story details are currently unavailable. Ritchie is working on a rewrite/polish of Tony Peckham's script. The character, originated in the late 19th century by Arthur Conan Doyle, has been portrayed in more than 200 film and TV shows. Warners are looking to have the film ready for a 2010 release. Kane & Lynch:Bruce Willis is in negotiations to star in Lionsgate's "Kane & Lynch," a video game adaptation that veteran stunt coordinator and second unit director Simon Crane will helm. The game follows Kane (Willis), a death row inmate who, along with a schizophrenic killer named Lynch, is sprung by Kane's former team so that he can retrieve a stolen fortune. Kane travels to Los Angeles, Japan and Cuba, with Lynch acting as the team's watchdog in order to save his wife and daughter. The game was developed by IO Interactive and published by Eidor Interactive. Turok:Adam Beach is probably best known as Ira Hayes, the disillusioned Native American soldier from Clint Eastwood's Flags of Our Fathers, but he tells MTV that video game geeks may come to know him in a different light as he says he will star in a feature adaptation of the popular video game series "Turok". Turok centers on Joseph Turok, a former Black Ops commando. The game first arrived back in 1997 for the Nintendo 64 titled "Turok: Dinosaur Hunter". It has since evolved into a new franchise taking place on a dark, mysterious planet in the near future in which Turok is part of an elite Special Forces squad on a mission to take down a war criminal on a genetically-altered planet. After the ship is shot down while approaching the planet, he must use his instincts and elite military training to elude an army of well-trained soldiers, and the ravenous, unpredictable creatures that populate the dangerous environment. Joseph Turok's mission? Survive at all costs. 2012:Independence Day helmer Roland Emmerich's latest multi-million dollar mega-project 2012 is now gearing up for production, with three more actors joining the cast. We already knew that John Cusack and Chiwetel Ejiofor were on board, and now Danny Glover (Lethal Weapon), Thandie Newton (Run Fatboy, Run) and Oliver Platt have also signed up for this apocalyptic drama. Glover is in talks to play the President, Newton his daughter and Platt the White House Chief of Staff. Quote Link to comment

My Bloody Valentine (remake):Chris Carnel (Iron Man, Spider-Man, The Devil's Rejects, among many others) will play The Miner/Harry Warden (the killer in the film), which was original played by Peter Cowper in the original 1981 pic. In the remake Tom (Jensen Ackles) returns to his hometown on the tenth anniversary of the Valentine's night massacre that claimed the life of 22 people. Instead of a homecoming, Tom finds himself suspected of committing the murders. The Coffin:The film was written and directed by Ekachai Uekrongtham and stars Karen Mok (So Close), Ananda Everingham (Shutter), Andrew Lin (The Heavenly Kings) and Napakapa Nakpasit (Art of Devil 2).. TheButcher
IRON MAN 2: Although he has not yet been signed to direct the sequel, Iron Man director Jon Favreau has been blogging who fans might expect to see menace Shellhead in Iron Man 2. In a posting at his MySpace blog, Favreau revealed that "The Mandarin is Iron Man's nemesis and will be incorporated in the sequel. It's true that I am apprehensive about how he is to be presented. In the tech based modern world that we created for (Iron Man), a Fu Manchu style villain with magical/alien tech rings would seem out of place." Favreau added, "There were early drafts of (Iron Man) where the Mandarin was the main villain, so we've already explored the character to some extent. I am curious to see how he has been treated in his latest books and how that might influence our direction." He also said, "I've already mentioned War Machine and Mandarin. I have some ideas, but I really need to sit down with Downey and the Marvel guys before we say much more." And when asked about the chances of Obadiah Stane returning (SPOILER ALERT) despite his apparent death at the end of the first film, Favreau quipped, "Stane's death? Do characters ever really die in Marvel? Isn't it like a soap opera?" Quote Link to comment

The original 1992 version, directed by Abel Ferrara, starred Harvey Keitel as a corrupt cop investigating the rape of a nun. Martyr:The story a girl who emerges from a yearlong abduction and forms a bond with another girl while in recovery. France. A night at the beginning of the 1970s. Lucie, a little girl missing for over a year, is discovered wandering by the side of a country road. Near catatonic, she can say nothing about what has happened to her. The cops quickly find the place in which she's been incarcerated - a disused slaughterhouse. Every indication is that she never once left the empty, freezing room in which she was imprisoned. Filthy, starving, dehydrated, the child's body nonetheless bears no traces of sexual abuse - this was no pedophile abduction, but something far stranger. What happened in that icy room? And how did Lucie escape? Quote Link to comment
