Google Posted July 10, 2015 Share Posted July 10, 2015 We are in need of a GLOBAL HELP DESK ENGINEERDescription: • Provides accurate and efficient technical assistance 24 x 7 over the phone or viaemail to the employees. • Uses technical expertise to provide accurate and efficient solutions to user problems in a timely manner. • Researches, resolves, and responds to inquiries received via telephone and emails. • Skill in technical problem solving, software change management and assist other Sys Ad and Net Ad in troubleshooting or problem solving. • Provide customer service to end-users to assist and/or correct issues related to supported applications. • Has the ability to educate customer if there is a training issue; can create an online self help for customer to be able to perform his/her task. • Work with other System Administrators, Network Administrators and Database Administrators for any System on Network related changes or new implementation.• Meet individual SLA ART goals and contributes in achieving it daily. • Has the ability to analyze the trend analysis (GHD calls & Pareto) and recommends solutions. • Communicates effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, team environment. • Perform post-resolution and follow-ups for each SR tickets assign to her/him. Requirements: • Graduate of B.S. in COE, B.S. in Computer Science or IT. • 2 years + experience in a client facing call center & support company, technical support environment or equivalent consulting experience.o Strong knowledge in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Window Operating System.o Strong knowledge in Networking concepts.o Strong knowledge in MS Office Application.o Strong knowledge in laptop, desktop and printer troubleshooting.o Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills; ability to isolate and resolve technical issues. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment strongly preferred. • Customer-oriented, organized and a team player. • Highly analytical and fast learner; can easily adapt to a fast paced environment. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Excellent problem solving skills. - Willing to be assigned in Laguna (staff house provided)Please send your applications/CV to careers@aim.ph.
