JOB FUNCTION:

 

The Senior OD Training Officer is an independent contributor responsible for managing, developing, facilitating and evaluating behavioral and leadership development programs for the Company.

 

 

 

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Conducts training needs assessment for individuals and teams

Designs and develops simple to complex training programs to address identified training needs

Note: I have established a film/media editing company here in the Philippines, in which our main client is in the States. The client of our client in the States is Disney Productions so that the outputs of this film/media editing company that I've established will be used by Disney Productions (similar to Cars, Kung Fu Panda, etc.). We (my company and my clients) have developed our internal software that will be used to edit these files.

 

Our operations will start on August 1, 2008. As such, we need the following individuals who can fit the position:

 

MEDIA EDITING GROUP

 

- female

- between 18 years old - 35 years old.

- undergrads/college level . We can also consider college grads who does not have any job right now and has no pending applications with other companies.

- willing to be trained using the internal custom software
