Full Time Customer Relationship Information Specialist

The CRI Specialist will listen to audio file and transcribe them as notes—online—for a prestigious U.S.-based Wall Street firm. The person must also provide daily activity reports and communicate with client personnel when questions arise. Work hours will start at 9PM – 6AM (Monday – Friday), but may move toward an early morning shift (4 AM – 1 PM Tuesday-Saturday) after about a month.

 

Outputs expected: 100% accurate transcribed documents.

 

Skills Required:

1. English Skills: The candidate must be fluent in English and thoroughly understand American English.

2. Typing Skills: The candidate must have a minimum of 30 AWPM (Adjusted Words per Minute) typing speed.

 

Personal Characteristics—the candidate must:

1. Have a keen attention to detail.

2. Be thorough.

3. Have a flexible work schedule, and be able to work on night shifts.

4. Have a broad knowledge base.

5. Have a strong work-ethic.

6. Be well organized.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Transcribing audio files into an online web interface

Outbound Customer Service Specialist

Our Client, a leading supplier of quality security closures in the United States, is looking for outbound customer service agents. This person will be responsible for calling U.S.-based customers to confirm that services were completed properly, record customer responses and if the customer reports issues, transfer the call to a U.S.-based representative. Work hours are typically from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM and the office is located in the Alabang, Muntinlupa area.

 

Requirements:

 

Qualified candidates must have excellent English speaking ability with neutral accent, basic typing skills, the ability to perform data-entry into an online system while on the phone and also have a working knowledge of MS Office applications. Previous Call Center Experience is a plus.

 

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Compensation: Up to P320,000 a year plus benefits.
