One of the usual signs is how they dress or the clothes they wear(at least yung mga Pinoy walkers). 
 

Yung mga Chinese mainlanders…yung mga walkers that cater to them.. parang galing mainland China rin pero they dress better. 
 

Its hard not to notice na parang may uniform sila or something in a sense. Haha
