Do you know what to do when you have a heart attack and you are alone? Or maybe somebody you know this situation is likely to happen.

Oatmeal, corned tuna(San Marino,century) with loaf bread, Banana, Apple walang rice in 3months

Atsaka Green tea or Chamomille tea, More tubig

Pinilit ko lang tiniis ko yung gutom. Pag feel mo gutom inom lang tubig

kahit yung exercise lakad 30mins-1hr sa isang araw

 

Laki ng improve ng BP, dati 140/90 ngayon 120/80 na

BUmaba din timbang ko dati 190lbs in 3months naging 170lbs na

 

Ngayon balik food trip naman ako hahaha.
