Blood Pressure

Diet first.

Limit red meat to once a week.

Limit fried foods to once a week.

Limit sodium intake. (Yes, food will be bland for a while)

Hit hydration goals.

Increase fish intake.

Increase vegetable intake and variety.

Eat a variety of fruits for dessert. Ice cream can wait.
