That starting five has five go-to guys with the best being Kyrie Irving, the best shotmaker in the NBA barnone. All of them can create their own shots and all can shoot from three. The spacing against this five will be very wide. This five will give opposing teams fits. Bring on Lechoke and his Lakers and/or Curry and his Ws.

The best starting five in the East:

SF-Tatum

PF-Hayward

C-Horford

SG-Brown

PG-Irving

Bench with an Attitude:

SF-Ojeleye

PF-Morris

C-Baynes

SG-Smart

PG-Rozier

In terms of offense, the starting five is way better than the bench but the bench is better in defense. Rozier and Morris were starters in the playoffs. Even Baynes at time and this depended on the match-ups. If the talent level of the starting five is 10, the bench is an 8. Rozier and Morris are the go-to guys off the bench and both are sure starters on other mid-tier teams, in my opinion which makes the bench solid. The dip in talent is not significant between the starters so if Brad decides to use the bench exclusively, they can hold the fort against an elite team like the Ws for a certain amount of time until the starters get their rest. I am not even threatened by the much-hyped Raptors. Yes, Kawhi is good but so is Kyrie, Jaylen, Jayson, Gordon and Al. Get ready because the Cs are gonna own the East.
