ang pagiging pilipino is not only by blood or affinity. puso! let them live here and be like us. not just go here when its convenient and profitable. and famous. they're second rate players in THEIR country and exploiting the mestizo-adoring filipinos. kung sabagay tayo naman ang tanga that looks up pag foreigner. we deserve them.

 

We, too, are foreigner by blood, just like some Azkas. Nagkataon lang sa abroad sila pinanganak. Unless you look like an Igorot or an Aeta, you, too, are not a pure Pilipino. Its not overhype. The team just made history by making it to the 2nd round for the first time in Philippine football history. We are still new to football, popularity and pansinan. So, lets just support the team and applaude whether they make victories here and abroad. May dugong Pinoys naman sila.

how do they exploit the "mestizo-adoring" filipinos? are you saying they're not good enough to be on our national football team? they did achieve a couple of firsts for our country.

The Philippine Football Federation has invited Malaysia and India to play the Azkals in October at home in friendly matches serving as preview of the national team’s two important competitions next year.

i think it's just unfair for the azkals na dahil natalo sila sa kuwait eh ititigil na ang program..

 

if we think na wala silang patutunguhan, mas lalong walang patutunguhan ang basketball team natin competing against other countries. aminin man natin o hindi, dito palang sa asia na-outclassed na tayo ng ibang country. pano pa sa olympics?

 

besides, again in basketball.. nung 90's nasaan ba ang IRAN and JORDAN team? diba PHI, CHI, KOR and sinasabing malakas noon. pero dahil sa patuloy na pagsasanay ng mga HILAW na iranians at jordanians noon, ngayon isa na sila sa powerhouse teams (may mga players pa sila ngayon playing in the NBA).

 

atleast sa football hindi kailangan ng height, ang kailangan skills... i just believe na dapat lahat ng sports ay pagtuunan natin ng pansin para makita kung saan tayo pwede mag excel.

The Younghusbands have played here since 2005 and moved for good here in 2008. Aly Borromeo has been toiling here since 2000 and he's basically lived here since then. almost same case with Anton del Rosario.

hindi. racist yung pagtingin natin na mas mababa tayo kesa sa kanila. na mas superior sila sa atin. racist tayo against ourselves.
