I have been in Batanes for quite some time that I was able to find new friends.

 

Before, during the busy season, (normally starting December until May), the ticket I got from AirSwift or Skyjet can go up to 18k to 20k without a promo for a round trip ticket.

But lately, last 2 months, I was able to purchase 14k round trip ticket in Cebupac though not sure how long they will cater flights as I heard they will only serve until October 2018.

 

You can find cheap rooms in Batanes but prepare yourself for pricey food and transpo.

regarding itinerary, sa airport you can book a tour guide para hindi nyo na rin problema ang van and boat

or you can message/call the hotel to arrange a tour guide for you.

or you can rent a motorcycle para malibot ang island, coordinate with the boats for schedule (it also depends on the tides) to go island hopping.

you need at least 30k per person.
