EBI ...ive tried the northern delicacies...like the ETAG (a dried salted meat that had been hanged outside their houses for almost 3-9 months- they say you can eat it a raw slice of it) and The Binungor (mixed pilipit, labong, meat, beef, cabbage, chinese petchay with sabaw) and the INAguban (the meat mixed with salt only and had been fermented in a sealed glass bottle for almost 1-2 months, however, the smell, OMG!!! , ive tried tasting it, it was cooked with many luya and the native small wild gabi plant)
