Customer asking for a manager and doesn't want speak to any agent and supervisor. Me: Thank you for waiting my name is ***** I was advised that you wish to speak with a manager. How can I help you? Customer: I have 5 android phones from you guys and its not connecting to my home wifi router, OMG nothing but problems, my son tried everything but it didnt work....(after 10mins of talking) Me: Sorry to hear that, but if I may ask, is your home wifi router turned on? Customer: NO! does it need to be turned on? Me: MUTE... ok cge, pag naka connect ka jan magic! subukan mo mag connect... kaloka ! Me: Yes sir, in order for those 5 phones to connect, yeah..  Customer: You've been very brilliant thanks for that, i didnt know that so as my son..
