Yes to foreign student athletes (I don't want to use the term import because they are supposed to be students in their respective college/university). Tuwang-tuwa tayo kapag may Pinoy na nakapasok sa US NCAA, kahit 1/4 Pinoy blood lang, tas ibabawal natin ang di natin kalahi sa collegiate leagues natin?

With FSAs playing, tataas rin supposedly ang quality of play. Granted, it would depend on the FSA's talent, how the coaches will use him/her, how well they develop players etc., but you get the point. And tall homegrown Pinoys can play their natural positions, hindi yung ipipilit na gawing sentro because above 6'4" sila.

Yes to this, foreign student athletes level the playing field. We all know that the best recruits from high school goes to the university that offers more. This helps universities to still compete even though they don't have the best student athlete coming from high school

but with limited playing time like around 19 - 22 minutes, this will allow the coaches to experiment more playing combinations

wala na. finished na. ibang bansa na kumukuha sa home grown players para maging foreign import ng professional leagues nila. latest nito si carl tamayo. nag forego na sya ng playing years nya pa UP.
