EL_PY
Pabor ako sa foreign exchange students as players basta they can elevate the style of play. Para masanay pinoy sa international play. Basta may playing time pinoys. Magandang idea din yung collegiate teams sa offseason play with international schools kaysa sa flying v preseason games na local lang. Mas mababatak players natin sa college pa lang. Quote Link to comment
Gerald Bourne
No imports para competitive saka sayang scholarship kung ibibigay natin sa foreign student. Quote Link to comment
appeton
Yes to foreign student athletes (I don't want to use the term import because they are supposed to be students in their respective college/university). Tuwang-tuwa tayo kapag may Pinoy na nakapasok sa US NCAA, kahit 1/4 Pinoy blood lang, tas ibabawal natin ang di natin kalahi sa collegiate leagues natin? With FSAs playing, tataas rin supposedly ang quality of play. Granted, it would depend on the FSA's talent, how the coaches will use him/her, how well they develop players etc., but you get the point. And tall homegrown Pinoys can play their natural positions, hindi yung ipipilit na gawing sentro because above 6'4" sila. Quote Link to comment
redddzz
Yes to this, foreign student athletes level the playing field. We all know that the best recruits from high school goes to the university that offers more. This helps universities to still compete even though they don't have the best student athlete coming from high school Quote Link to comment
TheOneWhoKnocks
UAAP still allows imports yet it's still the better league than NCAA. So, yes. Quote Link to comment

markteles
Imports to level up the playing field but of course the coaches need to give the locals chances to play. Para magkaroon ng learning experience din Quote Link to comment
lee.vince_2
yes to imports, but with limited playing time like around 19 - 22 minutes, this will allow the coaches to experiment more playing combinations Quote Link to comment
