Your speech was also coma-inducing, and the hyper-spun version of your achievements wasn't helped by your slurred speech. But I appreciate your positive description of the Philippines as "a nation waiting to reclaim its place in the sun" or some other equally banal words to that effect. Now, if only I could believe you.
