Survey naman how much do you pay for rent? I pay 15,000 per month for my condo excluding association dues.

 

Depende po sa location and size at ano inclusions ng rent mo kung furnished ba yan semi-furnished, yung safety and itsura ng condo etc. I think semi furnished condos around metro, pag studio type ranges from 7k to 10k (exclusive of light, water and dues). Kung 1 BR nasa 9k to 18k I think.

As long as you have money still left for savings, okay na yan. My rent the last time in 2006 was Php10,000 per month excluding assoc.
