Filipino or not, we destroy the world we live in. We humans are not fan of moderation hence everything in this planet is depleting. Is that something that we can be proud of?

I am and sometimes i'm not.

 

There are a couple of times when i have to meet important people and they would ask about my nationality " Filpino" and usually they would add something like " Oh wow, you know my maid is a filipino", " My sister in law is a filipino and she's nasty". " Oh that Duterte president of yours, He's NUTS and dumber than a sack of rocks".

 

Then again i have to affirm it with a smile and not defend the fact that the common knowledge of our nationality is domestic work, that's all there is to it. Other than the scammers on Cherryblossom.com, Manny Pacquiao and Imelda Marcos's shoes. They don't even know we have English as our second language. And the people we vote for in office, it's embarrassing. People read all sorts of stuff and they think that Filipinos couldn't sort themselves out and still living under the notion about Aquino VS Marcos. Between the giant and adversity. WTF.
