LOTTE
If you are proud to be filipino, why need subtitles like i'm half filipino and half chinese or spanish when you don't have the attributes of being half of each? Misteryotao
A long time ago, i was naive and innocent. I was proud to be a Filipino. Sadly in the recent years, i change my opinion about it. Especially when i started to travel. Meeting the locals, talking about their culture and people in general. Quote Link to comment

pinpoint015
Yes, I am proud to be a Filipino. Quote Link to comment

Barenaked-NoMre
Of the CULTURE, VALUES, CUISINE, CREATIVITY, INVENTIONS, Pinoy hospitality & EXPERTISE of MOST people in their chosen fields/careers. NOT of the GOV'T ... the politicians or some police or those in so-called AUTHORITY. bonanas
I've come into realization, that this nationality thing is just artificial and man made. Boundaries are just an illusion. In essence we're all earthlings, we should have been free to roam the world. We are all citizens of earth.  Nations, religion, race, beliefs, groups resulted to division amongst us. Senseless suffering and death caused by reverence to a "flag". Quote Link to comment
Mad Damian
I am proud to be a FILIPINOIts the other Filipinos I'm not proud of. Quote Link to comment
BRAIN FOR HIRE
I'm proud of the positive and not so enamored with the negative. I lived in another country for a long time (as many other Filipinos have) so I know that peculiar feeling of being an outsider both at home and abroad and yet we assimilate quickly, we adapt, we have a faculty for being more native than the natives. But I digress. Quote Link to comment
