miggyE
sir, I have never seen nor fired the amrscor made weapons. Is the quality good enough? would you recommend them for a rookie shooter? Thank you. Armscor firearms are known abroad for their dependability, quality, and affordability. 80-90% of their production is exported abroad carrying their brand names like Armscor, Rock Island Armory, and STI. they also have joint production agreements with STI and Tanfoglio. i had the opportunity to visit their booth during the Las Vegas Gun Show back in 2001, and they had the second-largest booth in the convention center, next to Smith & Wesson. for a first time gun, would definitely recommend them, either in the regular 1911 format, or their polymer/steel Tanfoglio APP9 line. as for a rookie, i would recommend starting with a 9mm.....
