watch dealers are usually given standard and minimum retail prices. if they sell below minimum, their dealership for that brand is terminated, but due to bad business, they given lower prices to friends and the watch distributors just turn a blind eye.

for oris and tag, look for stores outside mall as they have lower overhead. same goes for tissot. i talked to tissot and they are out of stock on seastar1000 and referred me to the stores which might have old stocks.

I'm so tempted to get the Tissot PR516 Retrograde! But it's Quartz :(

ah yes...the tissot pr516 retrograde...

Bright colours, dynamic materials and a high-end sports Valjoux movement, make this timepiece a truly desirable item for speed enthusiasts looking for a watch with sporty chic and high performance.

Inspired by the popular PR516 Tissot watch of the 1960s/70s with its distinctive holes in the bracelet, whose re-edition in 2004 met with great enthusiasm around the world, the new PRS516 offers a truly modern design with its combination of black, white, yellow and red, or chic silver and indigo blue.
