Sa pagkakaalam ko pag approved na ng both houses ang isang panukala it automatically becomes a law if the President don't act on it.

 

 

The Bill needs the President's signature for it to be enacted as a law. Sadly we elected a bum president, saka lang yan mapipirmahan pag nabalita na yan sa Showbiz Patrol or tinitira na ni Douthit or Eala si Kris.

Yup a very "bum president", Douthit isn't a national security threat nor a sovereignity threat so why would Malacañang held back? Given the fact that it was a private initiative, cooperatively fast tracked by both the senate and congress houses only to be stalled at the Malacañang.

 

He is just happy to politicize, degrade and expose the anomalies and decissions of the past instead of leading the charge of a renewed efforts of improving the country, it's image, reputation and representation. Include also his publicized showbiz lovelife which shouldn't be at his level.

 

Look at his blunders:

SG could have a better fighting chance at the ASIAD.

 

NFA rice as for what he said there is an overstock, why is there a raise in NFA prices, where did the overstock go? It would be much better if he mobilized the DOH and DA to atleast check the consumability of the overstock, it could have dropped the prices of rationed it atleast.

 

The WOW Phl issue, how much did they spend for it instead of utilizing the money for other developmental projects or bringing home the OFW runaways waiting 'till now in the underpasses and under bridges of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

 

Infrastructure projects collectively sacked instead of putting each on a "hold and review" list.

 

Sharp fall of the dollar rates, good for the importers but how about our OFWs and exporters. Haven't you wondered why are the basic commodity prices going up but the dollar rate sharply falling.

 

He enjoys the highest trust rating as of now, which shows he doesn't have that much detractors. He is just bumming and politicizing around as what he did while he is at the congress then senate. A classic "bum trapo".

Daming reklamo sa sektor na palakasan na kulang sa budget, pero madalas ko mapanood sa TV ang pagpapalit ng bagong pera na may picture ni Cory, naalala ko tuloy si GMA na ganun din ang nagyayari. The President may sign the bill into a law, or veto all or part of it. The bill becomes a law if, within 30 days after receiving it, the President fails to sign or veto the bill. Pards di ko rin sure ha kung updated pa rin yan. But I supposed yun pa rin naman ang sinusunod. Thus most likely baka hindi pa pasado sa Senate. The last I know is that the Senate wants the President to certify the bill as urgent so they could fast track it. The palace did not certify. So most likely it was not passed before the Senate took a break.

 

It that is the real scenario, then the bill will have to go through the normal process but once approved it should become a law within 30 days unless the President objects.

the ironic things is he lunch his quick changes for the new Peso bills, with his sign as president with a picture of his mama at papa
