Portico Posted November 25 Share Posted November 25 I think as long as abortion is framed in a religious context, it'll always be considered a sin for those kinds of people. Though I wish that weren't the case. There are times where it may be necessary, especially when there's complications in where it's either one life for another. There's a misconception that abortions are easy for most women, and that if legalized, would be happening like changing shoes. Regardless of how it came about, it is often a traumatic or life altering experience. People generally don't want to be in a position where they have to choose make an abortion, but life circumstances drive outcomes more often than not. Women who are forced to make those hard choices, don't need to vilified on top of what may be already a difficult choice. Quote Link to comment
